Dear friend,

Andrew Frost is seen by many as the greatest card mechanic alive. But don't just take it from us:

Here’s what Derren Brown had to say about him in the foreword of Andy’s incredible book ‘Double Lift’…

“Andy is a brilliant magician. When I first asked him to join our team, I was taken aback by how loved he is by his peers. And then once I spent a little time with him, I quickly understood their devotion. Perhaps it’s his background in stand-up, or even teaching, but when he performs, he’s very present, completely natural, and engaged even with a perfectly thought-through script, and very funny when he wants to be. I have cried with laughter at his tricks backstage when we toured together for Showman.”

Later in the foreword Derren states:

“... if you get to spend more time with Andy, I hope that, like me, you try to keep learning.”

Frankly, a stunning foreword that highlights the incredible magician that Andrew Frost is.

We’ve been lucky to spend a good amount of time with Andrew, and like Derren Brown, we were BLOWN AWAY by his technical ability and cool, casual, and oftentimes hilarious performances.

And it's not just us, here's what David Blaine said...

"Incredible. He has the mindset of a card cheat, but he is a magician. He's so precise. He is a phenomenon.”

Now, sadly, Andrew does not have infinite time to offer his tutorship 1-on-1 with everyone who would want to take him up on that offer.

However, he has released an incredible range of products, each selling for around $19 when they were first released.

But for the next week only, he’s willing to give them away at a price that is frankly disgustingly good…

Here's just a teaser of some of the work included:

What you just watched is a compilation of a tiny handful of the moves/routines on offer!

Read the descriptions below to learn about EVERYTHING you can secure...

1. Teleport (original sale price $19)

Description written by Andrew Frost:

Four effects taken from my performing repertoire in which a single card teleports from one location to another.

Flash/ Flashback - A selection is placed into the middle of the deck and then teleports to the performer's hand as it vanishes in the action of spreading the cards. The spectator is then asked to hold onto the deck and the selection vanishes from the performer's hand to be found right in the center of the deck the spectator is holding.

“Flash and Flashback is a masterpiece. It’s what the Biddle trick would be if it was actually done with magic.” - Tony Chang

Hand to Hand - The spectator takes a freely chosen card and hands it to the performer who proceeds to visually show the card teleporting from one hand to the other.

"Andy’s card magic is what you want. These tricks are clear, fun, just the right amount of tough, and fooling. Any other criteria on your mind, you don’t need!" - Alex Hansford

Card to Pocket - This is the card to pocket that I have been performing for years. It is a go-to for magicians and lay people due to how deceptive it is. The variation I teach allows you to show your hands clean throughout the effect and with no unjustified actions the spectator's selection ends up in your pocket.

''Andrew’s devilish subtle touches are what make him and his material elevate to another level!'' - Zee J. Yan

Central Line - My variation on Earl Nelson's Submarine Sandwich and another go-to effect in real-world settings. I go through a number of different ways to do the effect depending on the context in which you wish to perform.

“Every one of these effects is a real killer. Proper workers. You’ll be dying to perform these effects every time you pick up a deck.” - Alexis Conran

“In this project, there is some VERY strong card magic. I recommend picking this up immediately.” - Christian Grace

Run Time - 1hr 15m

2. By Forces Unnoticed (original sale price $19)

Description written by Andrew Frost:

By Forces Unseen is one of my favorite books on the subject of card magic. I have always loved how the author never compromised on the difficulty to achieve his aim of clean, visual card magic.

In this project, I revisit some of my favorite tricks from the book to try and make the handling more congruent with the way that I handle cards.

There is some very difficult stuff in this project and practice will be required, however, I break every move down in detail giving you tips and shortcuts, allowing you to learn these moves quicker.

Moves:

Longitudinal Swivel Steal - One Handed Bottom Palm - Vernon's Palm to Palm Transfer + many more.

Effects:

House trained - My favorite trick from the book is House Guest which is an incredibly clean card to box, however, I have found that the actions that a necessary for the method don't fit the way I handle cards. I redesigned the trick so that the handling was coherent with the way I ordinarily handle cards but yet still appears as fair as the original.

Exchange Rate - An extremely fooling version of Bureau d'change which happens completely isolated and away from the deck. A card is named and placed in the performer's pocket and then a 4-of-a-kind is named and placed under a card box. The card is taken from the pocket and turns in the 4 cards that were placed under the box moments before and the single card from your back pocket is found under the box.

Thought Manifest - The original tricks sees a card peeked, palmed, transferred and then produced in an incredibly clean way. I provide 3 variations on this trick; the first allows for the card to be produced right at the fingertips from the longitudinal palm, the second allows a card to be produced under your hand in the middle of the table and the final allows a card to be produced at shoulder level in a flourishy way.

Bonus Effect - Lonely Due to Bottom Dealing - Ross Tayler provides a streamlined variation for Lonely at the Top, one of my least favorite effects in the book. He has changed the construction so that it is easier to understand making it more in line with a "reset effect" and also provides some insight into dealing from the bottom using an Erdnase grip.

Run Time - 1h 32m

3. Five Controls (original sale price $19)

Description written by Andrew Frost:

5 Controls are broken down with each one taught in detail including the subtleties and nuances that I use to make them as deceptive and fair as possible. In my opinion, the most valuable aspect of the project is that for every control there is also a discussion between myself and Ross Tayler about how to use the control in the real world.

Included…

Ruff Shuff - A chaotic control where after the selection is made the cards are shuffled and placed onto the table in small blocks. Currently, my go-to control.

The D'Amico Control - A control that utilizes the D'Amico Change. Particularly useful for tricky spectators.

Bedwell Dribble Drop Control - A minor variation on the original Steve Bedwell Control that makes a huge difference. A really burnable control that appears as though their selection is dropped right into the middle of a dribble.

Clip Slip - My go-to "magician fooler" card control. The move looks as though you place the card into the centre and then without any extraneous movements the card appears on the top.

Steranko/ Cardini Control - The cards are dribbled from hand to hand and the spectator is instructed to say stop. The card they stop on is shown and then the rest of the cards dribbled on top, however in this action the card is controlled to the top.

Runtime - 48m

4. Three Solutions (original sale price $19)

Description written by Andrew Frost:

Contained in this project are 3 different approaches to Hofzinser's Ace problem. In each variation, four aces are used to divine the suit of a spectator's selection.

Once the suit has been revealed, the ace transposes with the selection.

The construction of the effect is excellent as there is an initial effect or coincidence with aces which then allows for a truly impossible climax.

Moves Explained:

* The strike second deal.
* An ace display that allows you to hide one card whilst apparently showing 3 aces as 4 - an alternative to the Elmsley count.
* A simple linguistic tip to help you with equivoque.
* The Vernon Double lift and Pinky Count.
* The D'Amico Change - a fantastic way to switch a card as well as other applications of the move.
* The Clip Slip by Jerry Andrus - one of the cleanest and most deceptive controls that I perform)
* The Hofzinser Cull Force - I give my subtitles and approaches to make the move a lot more consistent with a selection procedure
* A one-handed reversal - fairly technical. Some tips on the stop force.

Runtime - 1h 29m

5. Lecture at Flat No.9 (original sale price $19)

Description by Andrew Frost:

This is a live recording of my Lecture at Flat No. 9 with some additional shots for clarity of teaching.

First Section…

Includes a detailed explanation of how I approach each sleight, plus additional shots to show the move slowed down, close up and a view from behind the shoulder.

False Swing
Cut False Table
Cut Turn Over Pass
Diagonal Palm Shift
FTJ Cover Pass

Second Section - Routines

Final Destination - A way to equivoke to a single card.

Single Phase Ambitious - My approach to the ambitious card which frames a single phase to make feel genuinely impossible.

Window Change + Window Palm + Imaginary Card - A colour change I developed to avoid the obvious stealing and replacing the action of many colour changes i.e. the Erdnase Change. I also give two applications for the move including a very clean but angle-sensitive card to pocket and an alternative handling to Tony Chang's famous imaginary card routine.

Hypnosis Card - A single spectator thinks of a card and then sees it on top of the deck only to be shown it was never there. The trick is then made more impossible by the spectator holding a single card in their hand which they see as their selection only for it to be shown to be in the centre all along. A trick where from the outside nothing happens but the spectator is able to see their selection in various positions seemingly through suggestion alone.

Runtime - 1h 30m

6. Veering from the Royal Road (original sales price $19)

Description by Andrew Frost:

When looking at a number of the effects from the Royal Road to Card Magic, I found their construction and handling to feel very dated. I have taken my three favourite effects from the book and reinvented them to make them more direct, using modern sleights and construction ideas.

Contained within the project are detailed explanations of my take on the following effects and sleights.

A Card and A Number - An ACAAN style effect in which the spectator's card ends up at a thought of number that additionally allows you to divine the number that they thought of. In this, I teach a more chaotic variation of the Miller Table Cut/Control.

Now You See It - A trick in which the magician attempts to guess the spectator's card with a shocking transformation of a card under the spectator's hand.

Designed for Laughter - The magician reads the poker face of a spectator whilst trying to divine a card that has been shuffled into the deck (by the participant). You are not only able to divine the card in a magical fashion but have an undetectable kicker ending.

Runtime - 1h 28m
