You’ve just contributed to card magic!” \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnd when I showed him the method, he was \u003cem\u003eeven more impressed.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHere’s the thing…\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eA great false shuffle \u003cspan\u003eunlocks doors\u003c\/span\u003e in card magic! \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt gives you potential to do a whole host of effects that just aren’t possible otherwise. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEffects that… for spectators… \u003cstrong\u003ehave no explanation.\u003c\/strong\u003eGood false overhand shuffles are hard to find. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMany have these problems:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThey’re blocky \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eYou have to run \u003cem\u003elots\u003c\/em\u003e of single cards \u003cem\u003e(nothing like a real shuffle!)\u003c\/em\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThey lack naturalness and casualness \u003cem\u003e(two \u003cspan\u003eessential\u003c\/span\u003e elements for a deceptive false shuffle!)\u003c\/em\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShuffles that \u003cstrong\u003edo\u003c\/strong\u003e have that casual feeling, often only look good if the spectator isn’t watching too closely. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen you perform, you don’t want to worry about a spectator watching your hands…\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eYou want a shuffle that looks just like the real thing!\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eReal shuffles are: \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli data-empty=\"true\"\u003eCasual (It shouldn’t look like you’re concentrating!)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli data-empty=\"true\"\u003eNatural (Does your false shuffle look \u003cstrong\u003ejust\u003c\/strong\u003e like a real shuffle?
